EC Corp "The Big E" is the largest underground militant agency in the world. It is ran by Director Lance Quilby who originally started as a single man operation in 1973. It quickly became the most powerful hitman company by 2009 and has been that way since once more agents were recruited.
EC Corp's priority one objective at this point in time is to hunt Jo and get all 8 of the Jainko Stones.
